1. Can you guarantee students to have an internship? Our clients, who sign a counseling contract with us, will get a position. It is part of our service. We can not guarantee, how long it will take till we find the right position for our client, but eventually we will find it.
2. Is the internship paid or not paid? In Germany there are different types of internships: If it is a full-time position, the student usually gets a salary. For smaller internship positions, that require only a few hours of work per week, the student usually can get a letter of recommendation and/or ECTS Credit Points for the BA/MA study program.
3. The recruitment, can all the students get a job after graduation? Usually students need 3-11 months after graduation (depends on the major subject) to find a proper job with an adequate salary. Clients, who sign a counseling contract with us, will find a position that suits their qualifications quicker. Since we work as a recruitment agency, we work in cooperation with established companies and renowned corporations in Germany. Our clients can easily find a job after graduation, if they work with our recruitment department. 
4. What’s the criteria of getting an internship or a job in Germany after graduating from University? The better the grades and the more valuable the diploma and the specializations (software developer "java", php, app developer; nursing, specific engineering background etc.) in the major subject are, the better the chances for a position at one of our partner companies. Also some German language skills are very helpful (B1 or B2 level are good. C1 increases job opportunities even more and it helps while competing with other international applicants. Our institute offers individual language courses, group courses in language schools, private lessons/language tandems. With our support, your German skills should increase quickly, along with your employability chances.

PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES ARE IN GERMAN LANGUAGE. SO STUDENT NEEDS TO FINISH A 1-1,5 YEARS PATHWAY PROGRAM WITH INTENSE GERMAN LANGUAGE CLASS. THE UNIVERSITY CHARGES 11,000 EUR FOR THIS PROGRAM. WE RECEIVE COMMISSION FEES FROM CBS FROM THE UNIVERSITY. WE ONLY CHARGE STUDENTS IF THEY HAVE THE NEED FOR EXTRA-COACHING (1 Hour costs 119,- EUR, inluding taxes).

 

• Coaching for Entrance Exams and Interviews that some private universities require

 

It should be a standard service. Could be simplified by drafting a list of questions and answers.
USUALLY THERE IS NO BIG ENTRANCE EXAMS FOR OUR CLIENTS: SOME UNIVERSITIES HAVE A SHORT SKYPE INTERVIEW. LIKE accadis University. THEY ASK FOR A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION OF 20 MINUTES. SO IF THE STUDENT WANTS, WE CAN SIMULATE THE SKYPE INTERVIEW AND CHECK THE POWERPOINT PRESENTATION.

 

 

• We offer waivers for English Certificates such as TOEFL/IELTS for select students

 

What does it mean? What kind of waivers?

 

IF THE STUDENT HAS PASSED HIGHSCHOOL IN ENGLISH (LIKE IN INDIA), THEN OUR CLIENTS DON'T NEED TO HAVE A TOEFL OR IELTS-CERTIFICATE. A WAIVER MEANS THAT THESE CERTIFICATES CAN BE SUBSTITUTED.

 

 

• Assistance in acquiring Visas

 

How will we assist in acquiring visa?

 

THIS IS THE JOB OF OUR PARTNER AGENCY WITHIN THE COUNTRY, WHERE THE STUDENT LIVES: FOR EXAMPLE IN INDIA WE HAVE PARTNER AGENCIES THAT CHECK THE DOCUMENTS BEFORE THE STUDENT GOES TO THE EMBASSY FOR A VISA INTERVIEW. IN CHINA WE ALSO HAVE PARTNER AGENCIES. ALSO WE CAN DO A SHORT PREPARATORY SKYPE CALL WITH THE STUDENT BEFORE THE STUDENT GOES TO THE GERMAN EMBASSY FOR THE VISA INTERVIEW.

 

 

• Airport pick-ups

 

How much does it cost?

DEPENDS ON THE SIZE OF THE GROUP THAT WE PICK UP FROM THE AIRPORT. IT SHOULD COST AROUND 50-100 EUR.

 

 

• Accommodations Services

 

How do we do that?

 

WE HAVE AIRBNB APARTMENTS THAT WE RENT TO OUR CLIENTS. ALSO WE WORK WITH A BIG HOTEL CHAIN. SO IN CERTAIN CASES WE CAN FIND ACCOMODATIONS THERE AS WELL. ADDITIONALLY THE UNIVERSITIES HELP US TO FIND ACCOMODATIONS SINCE THEY HAVE STUDENT DORMS AND A LIST OF OWN APARTMENTS.

 

 

• Help in searching for part-time and post- bachelor jobs

 

Do we charge the student?

 

WE WILL GET COMMISSION FEE FROM LOCAL COMPANIES. HOWEVER, IF THE STUDENT NEEDS INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEW COACHING: we charge a service fee on CV writing and interview coaching – face to face service: 240,- EUR (including taxes).
