Dr. Damir Softic is the head of Wunderkind Institut and a Post Doc Researcher and consultant, who has worked at different German universities. He has also studied abroad at different universities like: UC Berkeley, USTB Beijing, During his PhD he has visited a post graduate program at Harvard University. Moreover, he gave a lecture on the topic "Psychology of Diversity" at the Harvard Summer School. He is experienced when it comes to study abroad programs. Additionally he has worked with the German General Consulate in Los Angeles, and Consulting Companies like McKinsey & Co. and the Boston Consulting Group.
